A statement from Leadway Pensure PFA said it has rolled out several social media features ranging from a full-fledged cartoon series, to pictorial dos and don’ts for job seekers, customer service chat touch-points for enquiries and service requests.
Others include; educative content on the pension industry and creating a work-life balance.
It said “the enjoyable cartoon series “The Life of Mr. P” for example captures elaborate stories detailing the importance of Wills, Financial Prudence, preparing for retirement early and more.”
“Its activities are also frequent and regular on Facebook and Twitter, the conduits through which the organization engages with its clients. In addition to this, Leadway Pensure has recently launched its mobile app, giving full account access to registered clients to monitor their accounts, carry out changes and updates, rate services rendered, amongst other features,” it said.
“The inclusion of a customer touch-point in all their campaigns makes it an even more attractive avenue for customers to contact the organization seamlessly and at no added cost,” it noted.
