Senate President Ahmad Lawan on Sunday felicitated with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on his 64th birthday.
Lawan, in a statement by his spokesman, Ola Awoniyi, joined family and friends to celebrate Osinbajo.

He described him as an erudite lawyer, intellectual giant, respected religious leader and distinguished administrator.
“His Excellency, Prof. Osinbajo has made his marks in his many fields of endeavour and particularly, in the administration of our great nation.
“I pray that God Almighty will continue to imbue him with wisdom and good health, as he ably supports President Muhammadu Buhari on the patriotic mission to transform Nigeria and unite the people in happiness and prosperity.
“Mr Vice President, here is again wishing you a happy birthday and many happy returns of the day,” Lawan said.
He wished the vice president many more years in robust health.
Also, the speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, described Osinbajo as a patriot and democrat whose services to his fatherland had been commendable, particularly since he became the vice president in 2015.
He said this in a statement by his spokesman, Lanre Lasisi, to felicitate with Osinbajo on his 64th birthday.
Gbajabiamila in the congratulatory message by his spokesman, Lanre Lasisi, said Osinbajo had for many decades dedicated himself to serving humanity, as a lecturer, pastor and a politician of repute.
Gbajabiamila said as a lawyer, Osinbajo had distinguished himself and rose to become not only a professor of law, but also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
“His Excellency, the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, is one Nigerian that should be celebrated at every point in time, but the occasion of his 64th birthday calls for more celebration.
“I, therefore, wish to join millions of Nigerians to celebrate the Vice President on this memorable occasion.
“On this memorable day, I wish the Vice President continuous good health and God’s protection,” the speaker said.
