Law group to rally for security operatives

Members of Advocate for Peoples Rights and Justice (APRJ) have concluded plans for a rally in Abuja over attacks on security agents and institutions across the country.

The Coordinator of APRJ, Victor Giwa, in a statement on Monday, announced plans to stage a solidarity campaign walk tagged: “Support Our Security Operatives (SOSO)”, on Thursday, June 10, at the Unity Fountain, Abuja.

Giwa said the rally was aimed at “galvanising support for our security personnel, seeking more funding, training and equipment of our personnel for the greater task of securing our collective assets, motivating and inspiring them for more work.”
