The Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has described the late Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alhaji Hassan Danbaba as a perfect gentleman, full of energy.

He disclosed this in a condolence message to the family of the deceased, government and people of Sokoto State, signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi on Sunday.

He said, “The late Danbaba dedicated himself to the service to humanity and used his God-given resources to better the lives of others. Gbajabiamila condoles with the late Sardauna’s family, the Sultan of Sokoto, the people and the government of Sokoto State over the loss.”

The Speaker prayed to Allah (SWT) to have mercy on the soul of the late Magajin Garin Sokoto.The deceased was the grandson of the late Premier of Northern Region, Alhaji Ahmadu Bello (Sardaunan Sokoto).

He died on Saturday, February 12, 2022, and was buried on the same day in Sokoto according to Islamic rites.
