Late arrival of voting materials in Kaduna

Voting materials arrived late in polling units in Kabala West and Kabala Road areas in Kaduna metropolis, Daily Trust reports.

Our reporter visited most of the polling units in the areas and observed that voting materials were not delivered until past 12 noon.
