Daily Trust reports that on July 11, 2022, following a torrential downpour in parts of Calabar that uprooted trees, Ndifreke’s building in the Nasarawa community of Calabar was affected by the flood killing his four kids that were having their meal.
The DG who represented the state governor, Prof Ben Ayade, expressed pain over the colossal damage, saying the loss is one of the most devastating news that hit her in recent times.
She promised good medical attention to the survivors at the state General Hospital Calabar, assuring that their welfare will be well taken care of at all times.
“This is very sad news to behold; waking up to hear of this quantum loss and damages left me devastated all day. It is not easy to lose a loved one let alone having four of your children killed in one day,” she said.
