Mishozunnu said that the police on patrol intercepted a rider carrying a big black nylon on his motorcycle.

He said that the rider was carrying 36 pieces of colour black, green and red berets with IPOB insignia written on it.

The prosecutor said that the rider led the police to the sender’s address and that led to the defendant’s arrest.

The offences, according to the prosecutor, contravened the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The Magistrate, Mrs Folasade Hughes, granted the defendant bail for N50,000 with one surety in like sum.

Hughes adjourned the case until Aug. 2 for mention. (NAN)
