The Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has warned residents of the state against attacks on its workers while carrying out their duty of waste evacuation during the day or at night.
The Managing Director (MD) of LAWMA, Mr Ibrahim Odumboni, gave the warning following the recently reported attack by miscreants on a LAWMA team during one of its night operations.

Odumboni stressed that any further attack would be met with stiff penalties, including prosecution.
