In the women category, the Seasider Babes of Lagos will continue their lead on the Ardova Handball Premier League 2024 log following their inspiring 38-30 victory over Rivers Queens while Rima Queens defeat former champion Plateau Peacocks 22-20.
Defender Babes, shrugged off their day 1 loss as they bounced back to dealt with COAS Babes with a 44-22 victory while Imo Grasshoppers continued in their winning ways as they earned a 35-27 victory over Delta Queens.
Defending champion Safety Babes are still unbeaten since 2022 following their massive 41-18 victory over host, Bendel Dynamos.
