Ajegunle Co-working Hub, the first workstation designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs and artisans in the Ajegunle area of Lagos State has commenced operation.
It is meant to empower youths in the slum community as the facility creates access to work equipment for artisans and budding young entrepreneurs.

It also creates access to a conducive work environment; access to training opportunities on business growth, strategies and ethics and access to a free skill acquisition centre for out-of-work women.
Speaking on the need for the Hub in Ajegunle, founder, Isaac Success Omoyele, said the organisation was motivated to empower the youths in the grassroots.
He said, “The hub is a response to the queries of vulnerable residents who have approached us. The facility is an incubator for artisans, entrepreneurs and freelancers where they can learn and grow their businesses without the burden of insufficient and high costs of available work spaces”.
Ajegunle Co-working Hub is an initiative of Dreams From The Slum Empowerment Initiative, founded by Omoyele.
