The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) has impounded six vehicles with covered number plates following a directive of the Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
This was contained in a statement signed by RPS’ Head, Public Affairs, Mr Femi Moliki, who said five of the vehicles had been transferred to the Lagos State Task Force on Environmental Sanitation and Special Offences, and that the sixth, a Mercedes Benz ML 350, was intercepted and impounded on Victoria Island.
He commended the executives of NURTW for putting in place the edifice, adding that arrangements were in place to commission a police outpost at the main market. (NAN)
