Lagos Home and Property Festival holds December 8-9

The third edition of the Lagos Home and Property Festival is billed to hold from December 8 to December 9 in Lagos, the organisers have announced.

In a statement signed yesterday by Funmilola Adeniyi, the Communication Lead at PropertyPro.ng (organisers of the annual real estate & property event), it said the real estate exhibition and fair will hold at the Muri Okunola Park in Victoria Island, Lagos.

“The aim of the event is to serve as a platform for Real Estate Developers, manufacturers & distributors of Home furniture, Home fittings and Home appliances to meet with over 5,000 Home buyers, Real estate investors, Real estate agents, stakeholders and individuals in need of new options for lands, homes, home fittings, building materials, home electronics & gadgets.

“The 2018 edition of the Lagos Home & Property Festival is the 3rd edition of the largest trade show in Africa to provide Homes & Properties solutions in Nigeria, with the first two editions which held in the mainland and the island of Lagos state, Nigeria respectively.

“The event promises to be exciting and fun packed as it will feature a wide range of products and services with amazing deals and up to 70% discount on products from over 100 exhibitors. The discounts are valid for both home products and properties,” it stated.
