Dr Adebukola Adebayo, the Chairman of Joint Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD), has urged the Lagos State government to make its disability office more functional.
Adebayo gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Sunday.
