Lagos state House of Assembly Member, Hon. Kazeem Alimi, representing Eti-Osa 1 Constituency has reportedly passed away.
Before his death, Alimi worked in the Lagos State House of Assembly, 1992-2001; Lagos Internal Revenue Service Head, CPO 2001-2010; Lagos State of Assembly 2011-2015 and Member, Lagos State House of Assembly from 2015 till today when he passed on.
A statement by Musbau Razak, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, confirmed that the late lawmaker died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).
Until his death, the 50-year-old lawmaker is survived by his wife and children.
