Four persons have been killed in two cult wars in the Ketu area of Lagos State.
A member of one of the gangs involved in the attacks, Sunday Tomoloju, has since been arrested.

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Abiodun Alabi, confirmed the arrest, saying the cult war had been raging since February, 2022.
He said that on February 20, 2022, one Ayo Dada and two others were killed by a suspected rival cult gang at Ketu, Mile 12, Lagos, and that consequently one Sunday Tomoloju and other members of his cult group went on a reprisal mission.
He said during the attack one Adesegun Adesanya alias Ologodudu was killed.
The CP further said, “Upon receipt of this information, detectives tracked down the principal suspect, Sunday Tomoloju, in his remote stronghold where he was apprehended. During investigation, the suspect made a confessional statement to the commission of the said crime.”
He said investigation was ongoing to apprehend fleeing suspects in a bid to recover their operational weapons.
