The Kwara State government has approved the purchase of agricultural inputs for the 2021 farming season in the state.
The inputs, which include fertilizers, seedlings, and herbicides, will be subsidised at a rate of 50 percent for about 6,000 farmers.
The Technical Assistant to the state Governor on Agriculture, Abdulquawiy Olododo, who disclosed this in a statement, said Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq had constituted the committees that would handle the distribution.
