A member of the newly reconstituted Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, technical committee, Alhaji Aminu Balele Kurfi has expressed confidence in the ability of the committee to contribute to the development of the country’s football.
The chairman of Katsina State Football Association is among other prominent stakeholders who were appointed into the committee being chaired by a member of the NFF Executive Committee, Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf ‘Fresh’.

In a chat with Daily Trust, the former chairman of Katsina United said those charged with the responsibility are men of proven integrity who have the capacity to give direction to Nigerian football.
He, therefore, called on members of the committee to be committed to their assignment in order to justify the confidence reposed in them by the NFF.
“Our appointment didn’t come to me as a surprise because each member of the committee is competent enough to do the job.
“I believe that if we are given the necessary support, we would deliver on our mandate and Nigerian football will benefit maximally,” he said.
