The Kuje Area Council of the FCT has promoted 500 teaching and non-teaching staff of the council under the Local Education Authority (LEA).
A statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the chairman, Haruna Usman, said both the teaching and non-teaching staff were employed by the previous administration between 2015/2016 across 10 wards of the council.
He said the council, under the leadership of Alhaji Abdullahi Galadima, has called on the benefitting staff to show more dedication to their duties, as well as imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and be law abiding.
