Tete, who made the call on Saturday, after the PDP stakeholders’ meeting he held with 10 ward chairmen, executive members and stakeholders of the PDP in the council area.
He said the meeting was aimed at uniting all members, executives and the stakeholders in order to re-organize the party for future challenges, adding that it was important to meet and see how it started, and how far the party has gone in tackling some its challenges.
“The PDP stakeholders meeting which cut across from the 10 wards in the council area was aimed at discussing issues affecting the party and the way forward,” he said.
He, therefore, also called on the youths not to allow themselves to be used by selfish politicians for violent activities that will create uneasy situation to the residents of the area.
The Chairman of PDP in the council, Mr Yohanna Ajidala, urged party members to forget their differences and work in harmony, for the progress of the party, saying it was important to call on the PDP stakeholders and meet with the 10 wards executive to find solutions to problems facing the party.
