The Kogi State Government has directed members of the public to report any school that charges WAEC and NECO fees for the year 2022 above the approved amount by the concerned authorities.

The directive was contained in a statement on Friday signed by the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Emmanuel Idenyi.

“All schools in Kogi State are expected to charge only the approved fees by the examination bodies for both examinations.

“Any school that charges above N21,950 for WAEC and N21,750 for NECO examinations should be reported to the Kogi State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Lokoja,” the statement reads.
