Kebbi students allege non-payment of scholarship

Some Kebbi State students studying at the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, have accused their state government of not awarding them scholarships for eight years while their counterparts in other institutions were paid on a regular basis.
One of the said “We the Kebbi State students of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, for the past eight years, have not received a kobo from the state, while we hear that registration fees of our friends in other institutions are being paid annually, including awards of sponsorship.”
