Kebbi PDP guber candidate, Galaudu picks ex-custom boss as running mate

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s governorship candidate for the 2019 election, Senator Isa Galaudu has picked Alhaji Abubakar Malam (Shatiman Gwandu ) as his running mate.

The Publicity Secretary of the party in the State, Ibrahim Umar Ummai in a press statement, said the choice of Alhaji Abubakar Malam, a former Deputy Comptroller General of the Nigerian Customs Service was unanimously agreed upon by members of the State Working Committee, Elders Committee, Caucus Committee and other party Stakeholders in Kebbi State.

The statement said “Alhaji Abubakar Malam has a very good political track record, administrative experience and above all, commands huge number of supporters in the state”.
