Kebbi elders under the Kauran Gwandu Achievements Forum have lauded Governor Nasir Idris’ initiatives on road construction, agriculture and education within one year of his administration.
The Chairman of the forum, Alhaji Armiya’u Usman, during a press briefing at the forum’s office, Rafin Atiku, in Birnin Kebbi, said the governor had made the people of Kebbi State proud with the projects he initiated and completed within a few months in office.
He said, “This is the first time Kebbi State people can witness meaningful development since its creation in 1991.
“We are well focused as active supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kebbi and at the national level.”

He further said that the achievement recorded within one year by the governor included the multi-billion naira city road dualisation in Birnin-Kebbi and other major roads across the state, the beautified roundabouts.
He said the forum would continue to render its support to Governor Idris and President Tinubu’s administration for more dividends of democracy that are being enjoyed by the people of Kebbi State.
He further said, “We are happy Kebbi people are living witnesses to the unprecedented performances of Governor Idris in various sectors of the state’s economy and his efforts to develop the state capital to the admiration of the citizens, friends and well-wishers
