“My first polo tournament was in 2015 where we won the General Hassan Katsina Cup and was also a winner of the one of the most popular low-goal polo titles in Nigeria, the EL-Amin Cup in Kaduna the following year.
Since then Ahmed, whose best playing position is the number one position in polo, has participated in many tournaments, and won top polo laurels across the country.
Most of his teammates include his elder brother, Magajin Gari Katsina, Prince Aminu Abdulmumuni, Mustapha Bargiwa, Ahmadu Balaho and former Katsina Polo Captain, Abba Kangiwa, among others.
