The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina State on Monday inaugurated its campaign council ahead of the 2023 presidential and gubernatorial elections.
Inaugurating the council, the state governor, Aminu Bello Masari, urged the members to be steadfast in ensuring success of the party as done in 2015 and 2019.

“This committee is to work for the success of Tinubu and Dikko Radda in 2023. We are not going to have another committee, this committee will work for all our flag bearers in the 2023 general elections,” he said.
In his address during the event, the gubernatorial candidate, Dr Dikko Umar Radda, who unveiled his policy agenda, tagged “Building Your Future Strategic Policy Agenda” said if elected, he would administer the state on ‘’ BLOCKS’’ framework.
He explained that BLOCKS, which stand for Budget, Laws, Organizations, Community, Knowledge and Security, meant that budgetary allocations will be appropriated in accordance with the laws, through the right organizations to meet community needs, be knowledge-based and in a secure environment.
