Kano spends N70m weekly on primary school feeding

The Kano State government yesterday said it spends N70m weekly on the feeding of primary school pupils in the state.
The acting governor of the state, Professor Hafiz Abubakar, made the disclosure when he received the Emir of Kano, Mallam Muhammadu Sanusi ll during Hawan Nassarawa durbar.
Professor Abubakar said this was in addition to the N68m being spent on boarding schools on weekly basis.
