“The appeal section of the High Court successfully translated over 90 percent of documents and records of proceedings received from litigants and Upper Shari’a Court.

“In legal practice before the start of each legal year reviewing the success as well as challenges of the previous legal year would help in projecting speedy dispensation of justice.  Relocating courts to other places that were in deplorable condition contributed to delay in the disposal of cases”, Justice Aboki said.

She commended Governor Abba Kabir-Yusuf, for approving the completion of the abandoned court in Zaria Road and Zungeru Road Kano for speedy dispensation of justice.

On his part, Governor Abba Kabir-Yusuf expressed his administration’s commitment to collaboration with the judiciary for the effective administration of justice and welfare of judicial staff.

He commended the Chief Judge and Grand Khadi of Kano, as well as judicial officers for their overwhelming support and tireless efforts.
