A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Kano has ordered the state Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Wakili to effect immediate arrest of the popular Hausa movie actress, Hadiza Aliyu Gabon over her failure to honour the court’s invitation.
Chief Magistrate Muntari Dandago who gave the order on Thursday also charged the police commissioner to investigate and determine whether the allegation of assault leveled against the film star by Mustapha Badamasi Naburaska worth presentation in court.
