Kaduna: Social policy targets women, persons with disabilities

The Kaduna State Government has said the Social Protection Policy it intends to implement will benefit persons with disabilities and women.

This was made known by Saude Amina Atoyebi, the state’s Focal Person for the Social Investment Programme, at a news briefing as part of activities to launch the policy.

Mrs Atoyebi also said the State Executive Council (SEC) approved the protection policy in August, 2020, and was awaiting approval for its implementation.
