The Kaduna State chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has demanded that the Federal and Kaduna State Governments refrain from paying lip service to matters of insecurity and take proactive measures against incessant killings in the country.
The message was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by Apostle Emmanuel Egoh Bako, the state chairman of PFN.
He decried the killing of Pastor Jeremiah Kehinde Omolewa, the resident pastor of Living Faith Church, Romi New Extension, Kaduna, who was murdered by gunmen along the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway on Sunday.
