Ismail Sahabi, a lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Zaria, Kaduna State and public commentator, has regained freedom from kidnappers’ den.
It was learnt that Sahabi, who was abducted at Kasuwar Magani in Chikun Local Government Area of the state along with his brother, Sidi Aliyu Sahabi, and others were released this Friday.
The victims who are residents of Tudun Wada, Zaria, were abducted at Kasuwar Magani where they were farming and spent 31 days in captivity.

A family source, who declined to disclose if a ransom was paid or not, said the victims were undergoing medical examination to ascertain their health conditions.
Daily Trust had earlier reported the abduction last month where one of the victims was killed by the abductors and his corpse recovered and buried in Zaria by his family.
