Kaduna Electric launches self-service bills payment kiosks

The management of Kaduna Electric has launched its self-service bill payment kiosks to provide electricity users with more payment options.

In a brief ceremony in the corporate headquarters of the company, the Managing Director/CEO, Engineer Garba Haruna, disclosed that the device will enable both pre-paid and post-paid customers to pay their bills and buy a token with ease by themselves.

”With this device, the customer can work into our vending/cash centre at any time of the day to pay his bill or vend without waiting to be attended to by our staff; all you need is your ATM card and the process is seamless”, he noted.

He disclosed that the new kiosks have other value-added services that will enable customers to update their personal information, check their vending history and also enable the company monitor customers’ electricity consumption.

He announced that the device would be deployed to various vending/cash centers and strategic locations across the company’s four franchise states.
