The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Managing Director of the company, Mr Garba Haruna disclosed this in Sokoto yesterday when he addressed newsmen shortly after ins-pecting the Sokoto state government-owned Inde-pen dent Power Project (IPP).
“This is to improve our efficiency in power supply and bolster the confidence of the customers as a new firm.”
Haruna further stated that the firm was deploying new technologies to improve its cash collections and block areas of revenue leakages.
Director-General of the project, Mr Umar Bandi said that the project which had gulped over N3.8bn is expected to generate about 38.5mw upon completion. (NAN)
