The Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Bamali, and former Vice President Namadi Sambo have called for a swift investigation into the tragic bombing of Tudun Biri village in Kaduna State on December 3.
The incident claimed several lives during the celebration of Maulud in the village.
Emir Bamali and Sambo made this call shortly after meeting with Governor Uba Sani on a condolence visit on the Tudun Biri incident on Thursday.
The duo also took the opportunity to update the governor on the progress of the committee chaired by ex-VP Sambo on the reconstruction of the Zaria Central Mosque, which collapsed earlier this year.
