The Kaduna Book and Arts Festival (Kabafest) 2022 returns to Kaduna in September. The festival, introduced in 2017 by the Kaduna State Government, holds between September 14 and 17, 2022.
The 2022 edition returns to Kaduna, as revealed by festival organisers, and with the usual offerings, you would expect at a literary extravaganza like book readings and launches, poetry readings, booklogues and panel discussions, as well as film and an art fair.
The organisers revealed that the state government would give book grants worth N20,000 to 200 students. The students that apply and get the grant could use them to make purchases at the festival store. It also allows them access to all events. The registration for the 2022 Kabafest can be done online and it closes on September 10.
