Former Military President Ibrahim Babangida has asked the Department of State Services (DSS) to stop disobeying court orders.
The elder statesman said this in an interview he granted to ARISE TV on Friday.
Babaginda said the agency, which was created under him, came into existence for the betterment of the society.
“I think they are fairly well trained. As far as flouting court orders are concerned, I don’t think that is the right thing to do. They should obey court orders. That is why we ought to have strong institutions.
“They should follow due process. I don’t share the idea of flouting court orders.”
