JUST IN: Onnoghen: CCT stands down judgement till 12noon

The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has stood down till 12noon the judgment in the false and non-declaration of assets charge against the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen.

The chairman of the three-man panel of CCT, Danladi Umar, fixed the judgement for 9am today following the adoption of final written addresses by parties in the case on Monday.

Onnoghen and his counsels were already in court when a tribunal official came to announce that the judgement has been shifted to 12 noon.
