Arsenl have sold Nigerian-born youngster Xavier Amaechi to Hamburg for £2.25m.
The Londoners will be hoping the deal doesn’t backfire as spectacularly as Jadon Sancho’s move away from the Premier League played out.
Amaechi was offered another deal by the Gunners, but turned it down to head to Germany.

The player allegedly joined Hamburg in the pursuit of regular first-team football, and will be looking to emulate Sancho’s sensational spell in Germany.
Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Nice were all interested in signing the 18-year-old winger.
