The attackers were said to have vandalised the office and carted away some property.
There has been a cold war between Aregbesola and Governor Gboyega Oyetola, who succeeded the minister in 2018.
Aregbesola spent two terms as governor of Osun while Oyetola was his Chief of Staff.
The camps of the duo have been been trading blames for the violence in the state.
Torching of campaign offices is fast becoming a trend in the country.
Last year, the campaign office of Senator Jibrin Barau of Kano was burnt down.
Two days ago, the campaign office of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar was attacked in Gombe State, while the secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was set on fire.
