Former President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife, Patience have cast their votes at Otuoke Unit 39, Ward 13, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa state, warning politicians against vote buying.
The former Nigerian leader reinstated his stance on the ideology that ‘no political ambition worth the blood of any Nigerian.’
According to him, election must be conducted peacefully because no politician owns Nigeria.
He urged people not to think that they have money to buy votes, or to cause trouble, but should rather use the money for the benefit of humanity.

He said: “Whatever office you occupy, you will leave that office, someday, the position you occupy today, should not diminish us as a human race, rather improve us, if you mean well for us.”
He urged politicians to conduct themselves, so that people would know that politics is good.
