The Minister of State for Power, Goddy Jedy-Agba, has called on the people of Cross River State to join the All Progressives Congress (APC) to benefit more from the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
The minister spoke at the weekend in Calabar, the state capital, where he inspected renovation work on the newly unified state headquarters of the party to mark the end of his tour of the three senatorial districts in the state.
He said, “As a state, we have benefited so much from the President Buhari-led APC government.”
“For us to stand a better chance to ask for even more, we need to register so that during elections, we can vote massively for the party to have the grounds to make more demands,” he added.
He said President Buhari had done more for Cross River State than any other state in the country and stressed the need for the people of the state to reciprocate by using the opportunity of the on-going membership and revalidation exercise to join the party.
