The First Aid Group of Jama’atu Nasril, Hayin Banki Kaduna branch, has honored a journalist with Daily Trust, Isiyaku Muhammed.
Muhammed, a Deputy Editor of Aminiya, sister publication of Daily Trust, was honoured alongside some personalities for their community services.
Speaking at the event, special guest of honour, Alhaji Yakubu Lawal Agaisheka, said the FAG of JNI honored Muhammed for his community services, including seeking social justice for the youth, especially the orphans and less privileged.
Reading the citation, the chairman of FAG/JIBWIS, Hayin Banki detachment, Lawal Hamza, said all the awardees were carefully selected due to services that have impacted the people positively.
Other awardees include the Director, Sheikh Lawal Academy, Malam Abubakar Haruna, Hassan Usman Goma, Yusuf Mohammad Shagiwa, Garkuwan Matan Hayin Banki, Hajiya Hauwa 11-11, Usman Mai kawo, Muttaka Yusuf Ladan and others.
Dignataries at the event were the Sarkin of Hayin Banki, Malam Mahmud Shehu Galadima, Chairman, FAG of JNI, Hayin Banki detachment, Lawal Hamza, Honorable Umar Iliyasu Alheri and many others.
