A one-time House of Representatives member, Emmanuel Jime, has emerged the consensus governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State.
Jime, who was denied the ticket of the party in 2015, has now been considered to fly the APC’s flag in the forthcoming 2019 elections.
He is currently the Managing Director of Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, (NEPZA).

Jime’s victory came through on Monday night after four of his other fellow contestants endorsed his candidature at the election held at Precious Hotel in Makurdi.
