The senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, on Thursday reacted to Federal Government’s reduction of the cost of application forms for the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB.
Daily Trust reports that the Federal Government approved the reduction of the fees for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), the National Examination Council (NECO) and the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

Reacting to the development, Sani said the reduction will ease the pains of millions of parents and applicants.
In a tweet, Sani wrote: “The reduction in JAMB and NECO fees by the FG is commendable.It will ease the pains of millions of parents and applicants.The astronomical rise in revenue in Jamb is a major achievement. Kudos to the registrar.Now Jamb is free of larcenous pythons and anacondas.”
