The All Progressives Congress (APC) in kaduna State, has returned Air Commodore Emmanuel Jakada (rtd) as its new chairman.
The party has been without a substantive chairman since the former chairman, Yusuf Bala Bantex left in 2015 to be the running mate to Nasir El-Rufai who was contesting as the governorship candidate of the APC.
He consequently became the deputy governor of the state.
Jakada and 35 other members of the new exco emerged through consensus.
The congress held at the Trade Fair Complex ,Kaduna, where party members affirmed the consensus via a voice votes.
