Prof Olukunle Iyanda has emerged the new president of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Prof Olukunle would oversee the affairs of the institute for the next two years.
By his election, he emerged as the 21st President and Chairman of Council of the institute. Until the elections, Iyanda was the institute’s Deputy President.
Mrs Pat Anabor, who was elected Deputy President, was former first female Registrar and Chief Executive of the institute while Major Gen. Iyanda Muraina (Rtd) is now the National Treasurer.
Iyanda is a renowned don and professor of International Business Management and Marketing. He was also a former Rector of The Polytechnic, Ibadan. The new president holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lagos with other higher certificates abroad. He has over 40 years of professional and managerial experiences.
