Speaking in Kano during his first familiarisation tour to petroleum marketers, the newly elected president of the petroleum marketers stated that building mega stations around the country was a misplacement of priority as there are sufficient outlets around the country to cater for people’s need. “IPMAN has over 15,000 outlets around the country, so building only mega stations, not a refinery, will not even alleviate the problem,” said the president.
