The Minister of State, Budget and National Planning, Clem Agba, says the Qatar Charity Organisation of Qatar is set to build a housing estates for victims of insurgency in Sokoto State.
He said this in Abuja yesterday during the signing of the agreement between the Federal Government and the Qatar Charity Organisation.

He said the agreement was to allow the organisation to operate as an International non-governmental organisation.
Agba said this was to allow it carry out humanitarian, technical and other developmental activities under the supervision of the Embassy of Qatar in Nigeria.
