The Emir of Bauchi, Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, has appealed to Nigerians to seek Allah’s intervention to save the country from the looming crisis, particularly the current farmers-herders conflicts.
The monarch, who made plea when he received the Yoruba community in Bauchi State in his palace, tasked Nigerians irrespective of their religious affiliations to turn to God in this trying period and seek His divine intervention.

The emir advised politicians to be mindful of their utterances in order to deescalate the current tension.
He admonished residents of the state to respect one another and embrace peaceful coexistence among all ethnic groups.
Earlier, the Ọba Yoruba of Bauchi, Tirimisiyu Adegoke, said the Yoruba community would not do anything to breach the existing peace in the state.
