The Commissioner of Police in Plateau State, Bartholomew Onyeka, has commissioned another new Police Divisional Headquarters in Namu district of Qua’an pan Local Government Area of the state.
While commissioning the Division on Wednesday, the police boss hinted that the new division was created as a result of the strong community policing advocacy of the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba

According to the CP, aside from approving the formation of the police facility, the IGP equipped it with firearms, ammunition and a brand new 2021 model Toyota Hilux operational vehicle.
In their separate remarks, the chairman of Qua’an pan LGA, Ernest Abner Da’ a and the Long Jan of Namu, Alhaji (Dr) Engr. Safiyanu Allahnana Magaji lll, thanked the Inspector General of Police for the gesture.
